Meet the Oriole Team

Rick Bohn

Rick began learning the trade by working as a carpenter’s helper during summers in high school.  His mentors saw his dedication and natural talent which led to him taking on roles as a Lead Carpenter, Project Manager and also Construction Sales.  Within Oriole, Rick’s role is Managing Partner with a focus on Project Management. He fully expects to provide quality control, a team/family environment, and open communication throughout the building process.  Each project is organically different and must be treated that way from start to finish. When he is not in the “office”, Rick loves to mountain bike. (He was a bicycle mechanic in Europe for several years!)  He relocated to Colorado from Maryland with his son and daughter to explore a new, adventurous lifestyle and emotionally grow in this amazing area.

Kyle Dudderar

Kyle has spent 18 years of his professional career working for 2 major corporations running service businesses in multiple major markets.  While his job was to run the whole business his passion was for building great teams that saw the value in putting clients first in the business model.  At Oriole, Kyle primarily works in the background to make sure all obstacles are removed from his team’s ability to take care of those clients on a day to day basis.  Kyle is a proud father to 3 boys and although he was born and raised in Maryland, he believes Colorado to be a wonderful place to raise his family.
